Please read TableTennisStore.US return policy below:

  • Custom-made rackets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Unless it is a manufacturer's defect, all CDs, DVDs, and videos are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Items that are deemed to be unacceptable for resale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Returned goods are only allowed with a proof of purchase and prior oral or written authorization accompanied by a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number.
  • Merchandize that is returned must be shipped with prepaid freight by USPS Mail or Canada Post to the address given to you when you receive your RMA Number. If the returned product is found to be manufacturer defective, the shipping charges will be credited to your account.
  • Service charge will only be reimbursed for the products that are returned due to manufacturer defect.
  • Order discrepancies must be resolved with TableTennisStore.US within five days of the date of delivery. Thereafter - all sales are considered final.
  • The refund will be paid as check or to your credit card directly.
  • There is a $10 restocking fee for all returns.
  • Exchanges are charged a $5 handling fee.
