Free shipping on U.S. orders $60+ (excludes select heavy items; you’ll be notified before checkout). We reserve the right to charge shipping on a few heavy products.
Processing is 6–24 hours. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day; after the cutoff, they ship the next business day.

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, and FedEx Ground.
Yes. USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day are available for most items at checkout.

Yes- eligible items ship via USPS to PO and APO/FPO addresses. Oversized/freight items require a physical street address.
All table tennis tables will ship LTL freight. Delivery is curbside to first threshold (e.g., garage). We arrange our own shipping and will provide tracking and appointment scheduling in advance. Allow 3-9 days for delivery. Contact or chat with us in advance and we will answer all questions concerning the delivery process for table tennis tables and items over 70 lbs. White‑glove assembly is available in the New York Metropolitan area and select locations around the USA-please call us in advance for a quote. Tables ship via freight with curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Lead times and upgraded “white‑glove”/inside delivery may be available by quote- contact us for details.
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also check status via your account.
Yes. In‑stock items ship first; backorders/preorders ship separately when available.
Most new, unused items are returnable within 30 days. Custom Assembled Rackets are not returnable. Shoes may be returned within 30 days; a $15 restocking fee applies. Return shipping is paid by TableTennisStore except for table tennis tables.
Report damages within two days of delivery. Keep all packaging, take photos, and contact orders@tabletennisstore or 917-873-0075 for assistance.
