Shipping Policy

At Table Tennis Store, we are committed to shipping your order quickly and ensuring you receive your items in excellent condition. Below is an overview of our shipping process, options, and policies.

Order Processing

We do our best to process and ship all in-stock orders by 5:00 PM (ET) the same business day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays or major promotions), processing may take up to 1–2 additional business days.

We primarily ship orders using USPS and UPS. Our carrier choice is based on transit time, destination, package size, and order value to ensure the best overall delivery experience. We follow all USPS postal holidays.

International Orders

We currently offer international shipping with tiered, weight-based pricing. Lighter items such as rubber sheets have lower shipping costs. If your shipping rate seems high, consider adjusting the contents or quantity in your cart.

Canada

Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days
Carriers: USPS-Canada Post, DHL, or UPS
Duties: Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All Other International Destinations

We ship to select international destinations outside the U.S. and Canada using trusted global carriers such as, but not limited to, USPS International, DHL, and UPS Worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and carrier availability.

Please note:

  • Customs clearance may delay delivery times, which are beyond our control.
  • All import duties, VAT, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Once an order leaves our facility, Table Tennis Store is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or additional charges applied by your local authorities.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
While we’ll do everything possible to assist, Table Tennis Store cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held liable for delays, lost items, or damage caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier. We’ll work with you to help recover or replace your order as efficiently as possible.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Contact us immediately so we can begin a trace with the carrier. USPS and UPS use geolocation data to determine exact delivery coordinates.
  • Visit your local post office or UPS facility with your tracking number—they can often locate misdelivered packages quickly.
  • Check your property (porches, side doors, mailrooms, neighbors) to ensure it wasn’t misplaced.

If your package still cannot be recovered and no signature confirmation was required, we will need the following before a replacement or refund can be issued:

  • The phone number of your local police department or precinct
  • Authorization to file a lost/stolen property report on your behalf

We will contact the department, complete the report, and email it to you for signature. Once you sign and return it, we will file the report and issue a refund or replacement accordingly.

This process ensures that every recovery option is pursued—including coordination with USPS, UPS, and, when necessary, local law enforcement. As a small business, lost or stolen packages are costly, so we make every effort to recover them before replacement.

 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
