Shipping:
We do our best to ship your order by 5:00 PM the same business day of your order. If you live on the East Coast of USA within 250 miles of New York City, we may be able to get packages to you within one or two days.
We also know USA shipping lanes very well, and will often upgrade the service at no additional charge to you, to help with timely delivery. If you have important mail deadlines for a particularly order, we are here to serve you, so please leave that information in your order check out notes.

We use USPS and UPS for shipments. We follow the USPS postal holidays, which 2025 are as follows.
New Year's Day: Jan. 1.
Martin Luther King Jr. Jan 20.
Presidents Day: Monday, Feb. 17.
Memorial Day: Monday, May 26.
Juneteenth National Independence Day: June 19.
Independence Day: July 4.
Labor Day: Sept. 1.
Columbus Day: Oct. 13.
Veterans Day: Nov 11
Thanksgiving Nov 27
Christmas: Dec 25
In most cases, we are open or partially open these days to answer phone calls and prepare shipments. If you are looking for a package to arrive quickly, at or near one of these holiday periods, we recommend that you call or text us to get an expected ETA.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost:
- Contact us immediately so we can begin a search with the carrier to determine if the items were misdelivered. Please note that USPS and UPS use geolocators to assess the exact drop-off location. We will also give you the package color and type to assist.
- If your package was stated as delivered by USPS but is not in your possession, we recommend visiting your local post office. They can be very resourceful in helping to recover your package. Simply provide them with the tracking number and any other relevant information, and they will assist you in initiating a search for your package. Allow a few days for the carrier to respond.
- Check your house or area where the package was delivered to see if it was misplaced.
If your package still needs to be recovered and there is no signature, we will require the following before we can issue you a replacement or refund.
- Please give us the number of the local police department or precinct.
- We will contact them and obtain a police report of a lost package / stolen property. We will fill it out and email it to you for your signature. Email it back to us, and we will file the report with the local police department.
- Once the above is completed, we will refund the lost / or stolen property.
We go through the above process to ensure that every possibility for recovery of the package is attempted, including notifying the USPS and sometimes the local police department. We are also a small business, and lost stolen packages are very costly for us; so we make every effort to recover it.

1. What is my expected shipping charge?
- At TableTennisStore, we value your business and strive to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. That's why we offer free shipping on orders over $59.99 for packages shipped within the continental United States, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. For orders under $60, the cost is a flat $6 for all packages. We use the United States Postal Service or UPS for all our orders, unless otherwise specified.
- Certain weight-based items, such as tables, robots, furniture, large bags, and surrounds, may incur a subsidized shipping surcharge due to the high shipping costs associated with them. In these instances, we notify you in the product description that free shipping may not be available.
- Please note that our goal is to offer free shipping on all products. Where that is not possible, we absorb as much of the shipping charge as feasible.
2. When will my package get shipped?
- We strive to ship your order on the same day. However, there are often instances where the shipment of your order could take longer. For example, it can take up to 36 hours for table tennis tables to get the necessary paperwork to the warehouse and transportation company for pick up, or custom-made rackets, which take time to prepare and dry.

Shipping Times
At TableTennisStore, we understand the importance of timely delivery. We strive to deliver your package the same day the order was placed. However, the shipping can be delayed based on the inventory and the workload we have. Rest assured, we strive to send you an email as quickly as possible regarding any delay, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Please note that final delivery times are also subject to the carrier delivering within their expected timeframes. Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or package misrouting, can extend delivery times.
Shipping USA
We offer the following shipping options. These are:
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $59. Expected Delivery times are 3 to 7 days. For orders under $60.00 in value, a $6.00 shipping charge applies.
Priority Shipping: Expected Delivery times are 2 to 3 days. Cost $12.00 for orders under $499.99 and $24.00 for orders $500 or more.
Express Shipping: Expected delivery times one to three days. Cost $30.00 for all orders under $499.99 and $60.00 for all orders $500.00 or more.
Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight: LTL Freight is used for all table tennis tables and products that weigh over 75 lbs. Shipping is free, unless specified in the product description.
At TableTennisStore, we are committed to getting your package to you as fast as possible. We make the carrier decision based on factors such as transit time, weight, package value, and contents, ensuring that your package is delivered to you in a timely manner.
International Shipping:
We are now using Shopify Markets Pro for International Shipping. This comprehensive solution ensures compliance with local regulations, handles taxes and duties, and streamlines international shipping. When you order items from our store, you can do so in your local currency and be confident that your package will arrive at your address quickly and efficiently.
For international shipping we are currently using tiered flat rate weight pricing to calculate your shipping costs. Lighter-weight items, like rubber top sheets, will cost less to ship. If your shipping rate is higher than you would like, we recommend adjusting the quantities and items in your shopping cart.

Canada:
We offer standard shipping to Canada, with expected delivery times of 5-14 days.
Package Costs:
Canadian Dollar CAD $20 for all orders under CAD $74.99; CAD $25 for all orders between CAD $75.00 and $749.99, and CAD $30 for all orders over CAD $750.00
We strive to ship all Canadian orders as quickly as possible, using carriers that include USPS - Canada Post, DHL, and UPS.
