Important Holiday Shipping Dates (updated 12/1/23)

Our office is closed Saturday, December 24th through Monday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, December 26th at 8:30 AM EST. Please see our shipping schedule below for the last day & time to place an order to receive in time for the Christmas. Please keep in mind that we have no control over shipping carrier delays.

Schedule for Small Parcels orders (all orders without a table tennis table) need to be received by:
USPS First Class / UPS Ground – December 18th by Noon EST
Priority Mai and 2nd Day Air – December 20st by 3:00 PM EST
Overnight / Next Day Air – December 22nd by 3:00 PM EST

If you live on the East Coast of USA within 250 miles of New York City, we may be able to get packages to you within two days. Contact us via email or text.

Schedule for Table Orders - All orders need to be received prior to December 14th by 3:00 PM EST

If we are beyond this cutoff time and you are still intersted in a table tennis table before the 25th, please contact us. We know where table tennis tables are warehoused and have the ability to arrange for transport. Contact us vie email or text.


Frequently Asked Questions on Shipping

1. What is my expected shipping charge?

TableTennisStore.US offers you free shipping on all orders over $50 dollars as long as you are located in continental United States Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For orders under $50 dollars, your cost will be a flat $5 dollars for first class mail and a flat $8 for priority mail. We use United States Postal Service on all our orders unless otherwise notified.

Certain weight based items, such as tables, robots, furniture items, large bags, surrounds may have a subsidized shipping surcharge, because of the high shipping surcharges incurred. In these instances, we notify you in product description that free shipping may not be available . Please understand that it our goal to offer free shipping on all products. Where that is not possible, we absorb us much of the shipping charge as possible.

To Calculate the shipping charge:

1. Click LOGIN from the top of the page.

2. Open a new member account. It is free and don't need a credit card.

3. Add the product to the shopping cart.

4. Check out.

5. Provide the address where you want to ship the items.

6. Check out.

7. On the third page of the check out process called SHIPPING OPTIONS, you can see the shipping charge. 

2. When do you ship my package?

We ship your package before 9:00 AM the following day. However, the shipping can be delayed based on the inventory and the workload we have. We may send you an email regarding the delay.



 Shipping USA

Free Standard Shipping in USA for orders over $50. For orders under $50 there is a $5.00 charge. This formula applies to almost all products in our inventory. There are a few weight-based items, such as Robots, where shipping fees may apply; your shopping cart will show these rates prior to checkout.    

 USPS First Class: Shipping times are generally 3-7 days. 

 USPS Priority:  $8 Charge. Priority rates may be more depending on the weight. Shipping times are generally 1-3 days.  

 USPS Priority Mail Express: $24. Express rates may be more depending on the weight. Shipping times are generally 1-3 days. If you need your package "next day" please email or text us so that we can accommodate or respond if it is not possible. 

 UPS Ground:  We now offer UPS Ground shipments. Shipping time is 1-7 days.

 UPS 3 day Select; Second Day Air, Overnight. Contact us by the text of email for rates. Rates vary depending on weight. 

Shipping Canada

 Shipping to Canada from the USA is considered an international shipment subject to duties and customs clearance. The cost of shipping is also substantially higher. Accordingly, 

First Class International: 

  • free shipping on all items over $250.00
  • $6 shipping fee on all items purchased over $50 but under $250. 
  • $10 shipping fee on all items purchased under $50.

Priority or Expedited Shipments:

  • $30 to $50 depending on the weight 

Because we use flat rate shipping metrics, we will likely have to charge you extra for certain weight-based items such as robots, nets, table tennis tables. If you are buying heavy items, please contact us prior to purchase.

Shipping times.  Generally 5-7 days longer for shipments than in the USA. If you need something expedited, contact us. UPS sometimes can deliver faster and we have that shipping option available 

Duties:  You will be subject to any duties levied.  

International Shipments

Unfortunately, if you dont have a USA or Canada Postal Code, our shopping cart cannot yet process online orders. However, we can and often ship internationally. We do it by building your shopping cart and sending you a custom invoice. Our shipping rates are reasonable. The process is as follows:

  • Place the items into the shopping cart. 
  • Entor your name and address, and phone number. 
  • Register with us is better, but if you wish to bypass the registration that is ok too.  Then logoff  (our website captures all the abandoned cart information so we can go back in and retrieve it)
  • Email is to that you would like a quote from the shopping cart.
  • We will send you a quote. 
  • If you accept the quote, we will send you an invoice with a payment link. We accept PayPal or international credit cards. 
  • Our What's App # is USA +917-686-1991 if you care to text us. 
  • If you prefer to write to us in Spanish or another language, we can use google translate.

Lost Packages 

If your package is lost:

  • Contact us immediately so we can begin a search with the carrier to determine if the items were misdelivered. Please note that USPS and UPS use geolocators to assess the exact drop-off location. We will also give you the package color and type to assist.
  • Visit your local post office, if the package was delivered by USPS. The local post office can be very resourceful in recovering your package.   
  • Allow a few days for the carrier to respond.   
  • Check your house or area where the package was delivered to see if it was misplaced.  

If your package is still lost and there was no signature for the package, we will require the following before we can issue you a replacement or refund.

  • Please give us the number of the local police department or precinct.
  • We will contact them and obtain a lost package / stolen property police report. We will fill it out and email it to you for your signature. Email it back to us and we will file the report with the local police department.   
  • Once the above is done, we will issue you a refund for the lost / or stolen property. 

We go through the above process to ensure that if there is a possibility that the package was stolen, the proper authorities are notified. We are also a small business, and lost stolen packages are very costly for us. We take every effort to recover it. Thanks for your understanding.
