3. Complete your Purchase.  Upon receipt (typically within 24 hours), we will send you a pre-printed label for returning your racket.
4. Box and Send Us your Racket . No hassle. Affix our pre-printed label to the box and drop it off.

We Refresh It

Our team applies new, high-quality rubber, professional-grade glue, and side tape to your blade. Your racket feels and plays like new, but keeps the handle and balance you’re used to.

b. Racket sealing and fingernail polish for fixing chips and dents. Before we send back your racket, we blade-seal (apply varnish to the wood) to protect it, and we also fill all racket-edge chips and dings with fingernail polish, which hardens the wood and prevents further degradation.

c. For more extensive damage, such as larger chips or gouges, we offer repair services for these issues as well, but we encourage you to call us in advance so we can discuss the damage and manage repair expectations. We will strive to give you a great quote tailored to your needs.

5. We Ship It Back
